How do I get acess to my Affleck, MD Eye Care Patient Portal?

To gain access to our secure server on Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply provide us with a personal (non-work) e-mail address either by phone (call us at 208-523-6868) or at your next appointment.
Once your enabled watch for an e-mail  message from our Patient Portal host: reminders@eclinicalmail.com.   with the subject:  Patient portal access information. The message will contain your username, a" time-limited-temporary" password, and link.
 
Remember-- Your password does expire, so go to the link within the day you are enabled, login and change your password.  If your temporary password becomes inactive, call us for a new-active password.        
NOW, you will be able to securely login with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection!
